Sarah Belford is the Senior Business Systems and Analytics Manager at CSU Strata, where she is responsible for technology transfer analytics, administration of technology transfer business systems, and management of the application and selection process for CSU’s allocation of funding from the State of Colorado’s Advanced Industries Proof of Concept Grant Program.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Economics from the University of Colorado and her Master of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
