The Lab to Life team acts as the executive management arm and team to accomplish the work required to launch and grow successful startups. In addition, the team builds the strategy and operational capacity and moves barriers to launch. The team is comprised of experienced entrepreneurs, finance and marketing personnel, and student entrepreneurs-in-training.

Chief Executive Officers (CXOs)
CXOs are startup experts who oversee the companies’ overall strategies, utilizing their years of startup experience. They coach founders, EIRs, and EITs to set up startups for success.
Interim CEOs (iCEOs)
Interim CEOs accelerate the growth of early-stage startups by pairing experienced business leaders with founders. These leaders guide startups through the critical early stages of company building, from market validation to investment readiness, helping turn cutting-edge research into viable, high-impact businesses.
Executives in Residence (EIRs)
Executives in Residence are professionals with extensive business experience. They focus on the daily operations of the startups and act as advisors.
Entrepreneurs in Training (EITs)
Entrepreneurs in Training are top Colorado State University undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students studying business or technical fields. They’re assigned to startups and mentored to assist in running the business, gaining hands-on experience.
