Lab to Life Venture Studio applies a hands-on management model to launch startups out of CSU. With our team of experienced entrepreneurs, finance and marketing personnel and student entrepreneurs-in-training, we act as the business-side of each startup team, allowing innovators to focus on what they do best.
Our process begins with an idea. CSU innovators submit ideas through our online application.
Our team selects 3-5 ideas annually, working alongside innovators to conduct research and develop a strategy to transform their intellectual property into operational businesses. We handle all aspects of venture creation, including:
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Crafting a detailed roadmap for business development.
- Legal Services: Ensuring all legal aspects are handled professionally.
- Brand Development: Creating a strong and recognizable brand identity.
- Fundraising: Assisting in securing necessary funding.
