For employees on CSU Strata’s medical health plan in 2024, the IRS made a change to the distribution requirement of the Form 1095-B, which reports the months during a year an employee had qualifying health coverage. Form 1095-B for each employee is filed with the IRS. It is no longer required to be delivered to each employee.
