The technologies in this curated list are built on a foundation of faculty-based research programs spanning decades. Much of our current research includes COVID-19, Tuberculosis, HIV, Dengue, Zika, Ebola, Malaria, Lyme Disease and other pathogens of interest from both an animal and human health perspective. Our mission, quite simply stated, is to defeat global health threats.
Colorado State University is home to world-renowned scientists and thought leaders researching vector-borne disease, drug-resistant bacterium, and globally urgent infectious diseases. CSU’s Infection Disease Research Center (IDRC) provides a high-quality research environment for developing new scientific discoveries, including BSL-3 laboratories and BioMARC’s cGMP manufacturing infrastructure and expertise.
