CSU STRATA welcomes Andrea Coy as Communications Director

Andrea joins CSU STRATA from Bohemian Foundation, where she supported communications efforts in various capacities since 2014. She served as the organization’s brand manager and developed and led integrated communications strategies for programs such as Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest, Project Homeless Connect, Give Next, Bohemian Fund and Pianos About Town. During her time with the Foundation, she supported the launch of the Music District, as well as the Washington’s and Armory music venues. She has extensive experience leading internal and external communications efforts, particularly as it pertains to brand management and organizational identity.

Prior to working with Bohemian Foundation, Andrea supported internal communications at Otter Products following their acquisition of LifeProof; promoted Colorado Eagles Pro Hockey as part of their media relations team; and planned and executed several on-campus events such as Cans Around the Oval and CSUnity as the special events coordinator for CSU’s Student Leadership, Involvement and Community Engagement office. Andrea holds a B.A. in journalism and technical communications from CSU, where she graduated cum laude from the college of Liberal Arts.
