About Us

Nick began his role as Vice President of Real Estate Services at CSU STRATA in August of 2020. A long association with real estate and law, Nick received a bachelor of science in business administration from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He founded Chrisland Companies, a real estate brokerage, development and investment company in 2003. Previously he served as VP of Real Estate and, subsequently, COO for McWhinney. Nick believes in giving back to the community and has served in leadership roles on several non-profit boards and with the Larimer County Sheriffs Office. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct instructor teaching real estate law at CSU Everitt Real Estate Center.
