About Us

John joined the CSU STRATA Real Estate Team in the spring of 2023 as Commercial Property Manager. As a seasoned professional in the field John has held a variety of positions in both the university setting, as well as the private sector. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a degree in Business Administration; his experience includes project and property management, land acquisition, appraisal, market analytics and private business ownership.

As Commercial Property Manager, John assists the real estate team with property and lease management for CSU STRATA’s real estate portfolio including a variety of commercial, industrial, residential, multi-family and vacant land properties. Primary activities include leasing, financial tracking, maintenance coordination and tenant relations.
