About Us

Diana joined CSU STRATA in November of 2023 as the Human Resources Director. Diana is passionate about people and ensuring great work environments. During her twelve-year career at Colorado State University, she served as the Vice President for Equity, Equal Opportunity and Title IX, Associate Vice President for Human Capital and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity. Before joining Colorado State University, Diana was the Director of the Office of Institutional Equity at Purdue University where she spent thirteen years. Diana obtained her law degree from the Tulane University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Smith College. She maintains her legal license in the State of Indiana.

As CSU STRATA’s Human Resources Director, Diana’s work will advance the priorities of the organization through employee relations, training, recruitment, compensation and benefits management, policy development and implementation, and more.
