Pete Meyer is the Vice President of Real Estate Services at CSU Strata, where he builds strategic opportunities and provides solutions for commercial projects for the CSU System. As a member of the executive leadership team, Pete works closely with the President/CEO to create strategies, employ innovative solutions, and develop opportunities with partners and stakeholders. His role involves leading, collaborating, and implementing solutions for the real estate portfolio.

Pete brings more than 35 years of experience in business management, commercial development, and construction. He previously served as the Vice President of Business Development for a large regional general contractor and as a Principal and Senior Vice President of Development for an Arizona-based developer. He currently serves on the executive committee of the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Larimer County and is a board member for the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce.
