Julie Birdsall is the Senior Manager of Finance and Accounting at CSU Strata and is responsible for tracking and managing finance and budget transactions for the CSU Spur campus. She provides thorough strategic financial analysis and guidance to CSU Spur leadership, manages various funding sources, and prepares and presents detailed financial reports.
