Disclosing an Innovation
The newly revised CSU Inventor Portal (launched May 2022) is intended to provide a user-friendly, web-based way for CSU faculty, students, and staff to disclose innovations to the technology transfer team and to stay up-to-date on the status of any previously disclosed innovations, including intellectual property protection and licensing status information.
If you have not recently submitted an innovation, please be aware that the interface and functionality of the new Inventor Portal will be different than in previous years. More information on using the new Inventor Portal can be found in the Inventor Portal instructions below.
Submitting and Managing Your Innovations
With a few exceptions, CSU Inventors will use their CSU eID credentials to access the Inventor Portal, without having to set up an account.
If you are unable to access the Inventor Portal with your CSU eID credentials or you are a past affiliate of CSU who no longer has active eID credentials, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may enable your inventor portal access.
