Our Team

Michael ‘Bo’ Brown is the Senior Facilities Manager at CSU Strata. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the long-term health and maintenance of the organization’s real property assets, including the identification and evaluation of a variety of building systems and infrastructure related to operations, maintenance, and renovations.

Working alongside the real estate team, Bo assists in the acquisition, sale, and development of real property, and participates in project planning, budgeting, and identification of required resources. He has been with the organization for more than a decade and has managed numerous complex construction and development projects spanning more than four decades.

Bo is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP®) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
