John Slack is the Director of Property Management at CSU Strata, where he oversees the operations of a growing portfolio that includes commercial, residential, and vacant land properties. He is responsible for leasing, property management, marketing, budgeting, and maintenance planning.
Working alongside the real estate team, he develops and implements lease rates, marketing strategies, and leasing parameters, and negotiates leases, renewals, and expansions. John has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and property management and holds a BA in industrial design specialization.
