Our Team

Jessy McGowan is the Senior Licensing Manager at CSU Strata and is responsible for technology evaluation, licensing, marketing, and contract negotiations. In her role, Jessy identifies technologies with commercial applications, evaluates commercial potential, identifies licensees, develops and implements market strategies, and drafts and negotiates licenses and other agreements. Her portfolio includes agricultural technologies, plant varieties, environmental and clean tech, educational materials and tools, and social innovations.

Jessy is a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) and has diverse experience in the biotech, USDA, and technology transfer sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Crop Science from CSU and a Master of Science in Plant Genetics from Kansas State University.
