Our Team

Hadi Abbasi is an Entrepreneur-in-Training within CSU Strata’s Lab to Life Venture Studio, where he applies his strong entrepreneurial spirit and subject matter expertise in polymer science and manufacturing to support the launch and incubation of startup companies based on innovations from Colorado State University.

Hadi works with the Director of Venture Creation and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence on core startup-related tasks, including customer discovery, sales, marketing, finance, product development and investment pitches, helping to maximize the societal and financial impact of CSU research.

Hadi is an experienced tech venture founder who holds an MBA and a master’s degree in polymer engineering. He offers extensive expertise in high-value materials including fiberglass/carbon composites, engineered plastics, and industrial rubber/sealing solutions. He pairs this technical foundation with practical, hands-on leadership to build resilient operations and develop high-performing, well-structured teams.
