Our Team

Gregg Ullmann is the Vice President of Finance and Controller at CSU Strata, responsible for leading and supervising the accounting team and ensuring accuracy of the organization’s financial records and reports. He oversees the preparation of financial statements for internal and external purposes, including compliance, tax, auditing, municipal securities and governmental-related reporting.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Gregg brings a distinguished background in public accounting and corporate finance. Before joining CSU Strata, he spent 10 years as Director of Corporate Accounting at Charles Schwab and previously worked in various accounting and finance roles at large publicly traded real estate developers and also as an Audit Senior with Deloitte.
