Our Team

Diana Prieto is the Director of Human Resources at CSU Strata, responsible for overseeing and advancing the organization’s human resources strategy and programs, including employee engagement and retention, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits management, and policy development.

Diana brings over two decades of senior-level experience in human resources and equity leadership. During her 12-year career at Colorado State University, she served as the Vice President for Equity, Equal Opportunity and Title IX, Associate Vice President for Human Capital, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity. Prior to CSU, she was the Director of the Office of Institutional Equity at Purdue University where she spent 13 years.

Diana holds a law degree (JD) from the Tulane University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Smith College.
