Our Team

Brandon Ates is a Senior Real Estate Specialist at CSU Strata, responsible for managing commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and lease management, for CSU Strata and the CSU System. He performs site visits, leads due diligence, and manages a variety of asset types. Brandon is an experienced analyst, performing market and financial analysis, creating sophisticated financial models, and actively marketing assets through a multi-tiered approach.

Prior to joining CSU Strata, Brandon managed a diverse portfolio of more than 500 leases for the State of Colorado. Licensed in Colorado since 2004, he is a LEED® Green Associate™, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors member.
