Our Team

Angie Freeman is the Director of Compliance at CSU Strata. She oversees all compliance efforts for the technology transfer unit, including intellectual property contract compliance, financial oversight, and reporting to government and research sponsors. She also works with other units to support organizational operations.

Before joining CSU Strata, Angie was a freelance consultant providing strategic and financial solutions to companies. She also held business development roles for Oskar-EI, a premium electrical control panel manufacturer and industrial automation company in Europe; and WIRSOL, a global solar energy developer.

Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, a Master of Science in Finance and Political Studies, and an MBA from CSU. She is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and French.
