Our Team

Aly Hoeher is a Licensing Manager at CSU Strata, where she focuses on technology evaluation, marketing, and licensing for a portfolio of physical sciences innovations, including software, engineering, and materials. She is responsible for identifying inventions with commercial potential, developing market strategies, and negotiating agreements.

Before joining the team, Aly was part of the technology transfer team at Auburn University, where she managed a diverse portfolio of physical science innovations. She has an interdisciplinary research background in geoscience, nanoparticles, and material characterization.

Aly holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from SUNY Brockport, a Master of Science in Geology from Miami University, and a PhD in Geoscience from Virginia Tech.
